Brilgrill – cleaning and degreasing agent for ovens/extractor hoods 750ml (BH0203)

CHARACTERISTICS :

Brilgrill is an alkaline cleaning and degreasing agent. It is used to dissolve burnt-in grease residues in ovens, extractor hoods, grills, hotplates, roasting ovens, etc. Its highly concentrated formula removes the most stubborn dirt, even when used cold. The product is suitable for cleaning surfaces where food is cooked, processed and packaged. Thanks to its special formula, it works deeply and dissolves burnt-in incrustations and the most stubborn grease residues with an extremely quick and extremely reliable effect. The product complies with the applicable hygiene and health regulations (self-control system according to HACCP principles).

APPLICATION :

* Depending on the intended use and degree of contamination, dilute with water.

* Oven: Bring the oven to 90°C and turn off, spray the inside, close the door and leave for 10 minutes. Clean with a scouring cloth and then wash with water and a cloth or sponge. Preheat the oven for 10 minutes before using again.

* Grill: Spray on the grate, leave to act for 10 minutes, clean with a scouring cloth and wash off. Preheat 10 minutes before use.

* Deep fryer: Turn off the deep fryer, remove oil and residue. Spray on and leave for 10 minutes. Wipe out, wash with water and dry.

WARNING :

Do not spray on an open flame or other source of ignition. Avoid contact with eyes or mucous membranes. Keep out of reach of children. Do not ingest or inhale.
In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with water and seek medical advice if necessary. Avoid release to the environment. Avoid falls, impacts and mishandling that may cause product spillage. Store in a cool, dry place away from heat sources.
