delivery and shipping

  • We currently only deliver in Switzerland. Delivered by Swiss Post.
  • Delivery takes between 3 - 15 working days. We ship products that we have in stock immediately. All other products have approx. 15 working days.

Return

  • The buyer has the right to return the ordered goods within 14 days of delivery. The goods must be unused, in their original packaging and sealed .
  • We reserve the right to resend goods that we believe have been used or are not in their original condition to the buyer. If the buyer exercises his right to return, we must be contacted beforehand.

  • The costs and risks associated with a return are borne entirely by the buyer.
  • If the ordered goods have already been dispatched, the buyer is obliged to accept them. The return must then be properly treated as a return within 14 days, as mentioned above.
  • If an item is no longer available, we have the right to cancel the purchase and refund the amount paid to the customer. Of course, we will inform the customer immediately if a product is no longer available or is missing for a long time.
